A space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and work through anxiety, grief, burnout, trauma, or patterns that keep pulling you back. We’ll focus on changes that feel useful in your actual life.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

For couples stuck in the same arguments, carrying hurt, or struggling to feel heard and connected. We’ll identify the cycle, practice more honest communication, and work toward repair without choosing sides.

COUPLES THERAPY

Trauma can stay active in your mind and body long after the experience is over. Using EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, we’ll work at a manageable pace to reduce its hold and help you feel safer, more present, and more in control.
