THERAPY
Therapy that feels like an actual conversation.
You don’t have to show up with the right words or a perfectly organized explanation of what’s going on. We start where you are, figure out what’s getting in the way, and do the work from there.
WHEN LIFE LOOKS FINE
FROM THE OUTSIDE
You can look like you have it
together and still be struggling.
Maybe you're burned out, anxious, grieving, stuck in the same relationship patterns, or carrying things you've gotten very good at pushing aside.
You might be functioning. Working. Showing up for people. Getting through the day. That doesn't mean things are actually okay.
Therapy gives us room to slow things down, understand what's happening, and figure out what actually needs to change.
You don't need to wait until everything falls apart to take yourself seriously.
Direct when it matters. Compassionate always.
REAL FOCUS
We get to what matters and skip the fluff.
Therapy with me is honest, straightforward, and grounded in respect. I’ll challenge you when it helps you grow and support you when you need it most.
This is a space where you can be real, feel seen, and work toward something that actually fits your life.
HONEST CONVERSATIONS
Straight talk in a safe, judgment-free space.
PRACTICAL TOOLS
Real-life strategies you can actually use.
COMPASSIONATE SUPPORT
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
AREAS I CAN HELP WITH
You don’t need a diagnosis
to know something isn’t working.
-
Your mind stays busy, replaying conversations, preparing for what could go wrong, or turning small decisions into exhausting ones. We’ll work on understanding what keeps the anxiety going, calming your nervous system, and helping you respond with more clarity instead of fear.
-
Grief does not follow a clean timeline. You may be grieving a person, relationship, identity, future, or version of life you thought you would have. You do not have to rush through it or pretend you are fine. We’ll make room for what was lost while helping you find a way forward.
-
You keep showing up, but it is costing you more than anyone sees. You may feel exhausted, numb, irritated, disconnected, or guilty for needing a break. We’ll look at what keeps draining you, where your limits are being ignored, and how to build something more sustainable.
-
Sometimes the experience is over, but your mind and body are still responding as if it is happening now. Trauma can show up as anxiety, shutdown, avoidance, shame, anger, or feeling disconnected from yourself. We’ll work at a manageable pace to help you process what happened and regain a sense of safety and choice.
-
You may keep having the same arguments, shutting down, overexplaining, people-pleasing, or feeling alone even when you are with someone. Whether you come alone or with a partner, we’ll work on understanding the pattern, communicating more honestly, and creating healthier connection without losing yourself.
